Activity and recreation – this is the motto of this unique adventure trip in Haute-Provence's unspoiled Haute-Bléone valley. Far off the beaten track, start out your day with some stimulating yoga exercises and a copious breakfast before heading out to explore the wild and untouched nature surrounding your holiday camp. Your local guide Yvan knows the mountains like the back of his hand, allowing you to enjoy the region's most beautiful routes and views. Relaxing yoga exercises and Nina's delicious homemade vegetarian cuisine will round off your day, turning this trip into a true vacation for your mind, body and soul!
Day 1: Arrival in Haute-Bléone-Tal
Your yoga and hiking adventure starts at our camping ground in Haute-Bléone-Tal at 5:30pm. You may use the pick up service from the train station at _Digne-les-Bains_(includes surcharge). Settle into your yurt or chalet and enjoy a welcome drink while learning about the week's programme before rounding off the day with your first yoga lesson.
Day 2: The source of Le Gau
Start off your day with some yoga exercises followed by a copious breakfast, and head out for your first hike exploring the valley. Hike up to the mountain pass La Colle and enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, the village and the surrounding mountains. Continue on toward to the source of Le Gau stream and stop for a picnic in the shade, before making your way back to the camp for a 2-hour evening yoga session and delicious homemade dinner.

Day 3: Natural art from Herman de Vries
Your morning yoga and breakfast routine is followed by a hike toward the Vallée du Bès, a beautiful valley marked by deep canyons and spectacular rock formations. En route visit the Sanctuaire de la Nature, a piece of art integrated with its natural surroundings and created by the Dutch artist Herman de Vries.

Day 4: Yoga & meditation
Enjoy a relaxing morning practicing yoga and meditation. Around noon an SUV will take you to a mountain pasture for a healthy picnic and an afternoon meditating before heading back to the camp either on foot or by car.
Day 5: Ghost villages
After your morning yoga exercises, visit the mountain village of Mariaud. Enjoy a picnic and yoga break in the open countryside and finally head back to the camp for the day's final yoga session and dinner.
Day 6: The Art Collection of Andy Goldworthy
Admire one of the masterpieces of Andy Goldworthy's collection not far from La Javie. Hike through the art trail before returning to the camp for one last yoga lesson and dinner.

Day 7: Departure
Your yoga and hiking trip ends after breakfast at around 10am. Have a safe trip home or feel free to extend your stay in Southern France! You may once again use the pick-up service to reach the station in Digne-les-Bains (additional surchange).

We recommend a low-carbon train ride to Digne-les-Bains via Nice or Aix-en-Provence, or train to Aix en Provence and bus connection nach Digne-les-Bains.
