Yoga for beginners and advanced participants. Hatha-Yoga is a way to react to inner tensions. Different techniques, which are learned step by step, help to overcome personal difficulties and become more balanced. Yoga is a source of calming for the body, the thoughts, the mind and the soul. By combining certain stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises from traditional Indian movement theory, we free the body from tension, calm the mind and find a state of inner contentment. By going inside ourselves, we not only find ourselves, but also learn to open ourselves to others, life and the world. More information in our blog article.
