Ideally located in the heart of a region with an exceptional climate, Colmar is in dotted with architecture typical of the region. Alsatian winegrowers are the pioneers of biodynamics in France. As early as the 1960s, wine domains were created that applied the principles theorized and popularized by the Austrian philosopher and scientist Rudolf Steiner. No wonder, then, that the headquarters of Bio-Dynamics certification was established in Colmar, France.
