Day 1: Arrival in Morlaix
Participants meet at the hotel in Morlaix at 4pm. Meet and greet followed by a briefing of the tour. Walk in the medieval city. Dinner at a vegan crepe shop.
Day 2: Morlaix - Roscoff
Participants take the train to Roscoff to discover the unexpected flavours of algae. Roscoff, the French seaweed capital, is home to its innovators. There will be a seewead tasting. Visit of the Johnnies' house and history of Roscoff's onions. Relaxation session in the thalasso center near our hotel. Dinner in a vegan restaurant.
Day 3: Roscoff - Batz Island
Small boat crossing to discover the island of Batz by bike. Afternoon outing on the shore followed by a workshop-discovery appealing to the 5 senses and tasting of various vegan specialities based on seaweed, concocted by an expert chef. After that, guests may spend time exploring Roscoff or have a session for making algae wraps(reservation and payment on the spot). Vegan dinner.
Day 4: Roscoff - St Pol-de-Leon
Short transfer to St Pol de Léon. After a walk through the town, participants visit a family-run organic farmers. They will show you the vegetable emblematic of the rich Breton soil: the artichoke. This visit will be the opportunity to expand your knowledge on organic agriculture. Afternoon may be spent at beach, hiking by the coast or relaxing in the Thalasso Centre. Dinner served in Roscoff.
Day 5: Roscoff - Camaret-sur-mer via Plougastel-Daoulas
Transfer by bus to Plougastel-Daoulas to visit a small organic strawberry farmer. You will pay a visit to his orchard and take part in a wine tasting. Participants may have lunch there (individual payment). Next, another transfer to Camaret-sur-mer. You can choose between a beach or coastal hike in the afternoon. Or spending time in the Thalasso Centre. Dinner in Camaret.
Day 6: Camaret - Quimper
Today participants travel to Quimper to meet Andrée, regional delegate of the vegetarian association of France. He will join you in a workshop and demonstrate a vegan cuisine based on market products (Paimpol coco-beans, buckwheat, seasonal vegetables...). He will also lunch with you. Guided tour of Quimper. Return to Camaret via public transport in the late afternoon.
Day 7: Camaret
End of stay after breakfast. Bus line n°37 is a regular connection to Brest.

Our vegan food travel starts in Morlaix and ends in Camaret-sur-Mer, both cities are accessible with public transportation.
The itinerary can be modified on the spot, due to weather conditions for instance, without altering the quality of the programme.

Climate
The dates of stay are fixed according to the tide coefficient. Bathing options almost every day. With an oceanic climate, Finistère is characterized by mild winters and temperate summers, heat waves are rare and often of lesser amplitude than in the rest of France.

These include bike rides on the island of Batz with frequent stops and bathing opportunities.
